How far in advance should I order?
Congratuleitionsaz requires at least 2 weeks (14 days) lead time from your order date to handcraft your lei. During peak graduation season (April–June), order as early as possible since slots fill up fast.
Can I pick specific colors?
Yes — every congratuleitionsaz lei lets you choose up to 3 ribbon colors from our full palette. Browse all available shades on the Colors page and match your school colors, wedding theme, or event palette.
Do you ship outside Arizona?
Yes, congratuleitionsaz ships nationwide across the United States — standard shipping takes 5–7 days, with expedited (2–3 days) available at checkout. Local pickup is free for the Surprise, AZ area.
Can I add a name or graduation year?
The Single Braid, Warrior, and Signature Lei styles can be personalized with a name, school name, and graduation year. Money origami keepsakes can also be added to the Single Braid and Warrior styles.
What is Money Origami?
Money origami are folded-bill keepsakes handcrafted by owner Vanessa Donzel and attached directly to your lei. Choose a Money Flower (three $1 bills, $5 each), Money Butterfly (two $1 bills, $3 each), or Money Leaf (one $1 bill, $2 each) — types and quantities can be mixed.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page on congratuleitionsaz.com and enter your order ID from your confirmation email along with the email address you used at checkout to see real-time order status.
