How far in advance should I order?
We need at least 2 weeks lead time from your order date. For peak graduation season (May–June), order as early as possible.
Can I pick specific colors?
Absolutely! You pick up to 3 ribbon colors when you order. Browse our full color palette on the Colors page.
Do you ship outside Arizona?
Yes — we ship nationwide. Select your shipping option at checkout. Local pickup is free for the Phoenix/Chandler area.
Can I add a name or graduation year?
Yes! Each order includes personalization options — name, school, graduation year, and money flowers.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page — enter your order ID from your confirmation email and the email you used at checkout.
